The Franklin BofA World Index™ (the “Index”) has been created and is owned by BofA Securities, Inc. and its Affiliates, based on an index licensed from Franklin Templeton Companies, LLC (collectively, “Licensors”); the Index has been licensed to Independent Life Investment Life Insurance Company (“Independent Life”). Neither Independent Life nor any fixed index annuity (the “Product”) is sponsored, operated, endorsed, sold, or promoted by Licensors.
