Corbin Robertson, III

Corbin Robertson joined the Board of Directors of GP Natural Resource Partners LLC in May 2013.Corbin Robertson has experience with investments in a variety of energy businesses, having served both in management of private equity firms and having served on several boards of directors. Corbin Robertson has served as a Co-Managing Partner of LKCM

Headwater Investments GP, LLC and LKCM Headwater Investments I, L.P., a private equity fund, since June 2011. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Western Pocahontas Properties Limited Partnership since May 2008, and has served on the Board of Directors of Western Pocahontas since October 2012.

Corbin Robertson also co-founded Quintana Energy Partners, an energy-focused private equity firm in 2006, and served as a Managing Director thereof from 2006 until December 2010. Corbin Robertson has served on the Board of Directors for Quintana Minerals Corporation since October 2007, and previously served as Vice President—Acquisitions for GP Natural Resource Partners LLC from 2003 until 2005.
