• Structured Settlement Specialist

GENERAL DUTIES:

• Review settlement documents and annuity contracts for accuracy and compliance with applicable statutes and tax codes.
• Draft and/or revise and/or negotiate structured settlement contracts and various other related documents.
• Maintain case information database(s).
• Communicate with annuitants, brokers, and case managers to resolve document questions and/or complexities.
• Respond to requests from annuitants, brokers, and case managers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to brokers, case managers and assignment company partners.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Insurance, structured settlement, document and contract review experience a plus.
• Paralegal or case management experience a plus.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities.

LOCATION:

• Strong preference to be located in Jacksonville, Florida but open to remote for the ideal candidate.

HOURS:

• Full time, M-F 8:30am-5pm or 9am-5:30pm
