Nancy Robertson

Nancy B. Robertson has over 30 years of experience in insurance from new product design and development through operations management in life insurance, annuities, long term care, and property casualty. She is responsible for policy administration for Independent Life, specializing in iStructure products and assists with technology solutions.

Prior to her role with Independent Life Insurance, Nancy held positions including Senior Product Design Manager; Director Long Term Care and Life Product Manager, Director Index Universal Life Product Manager; Product Implementation Manager, and Insurance Operations Manager with Genworth and its predecessor companies specializing in Life, Long Term Care, and Annuity insurance products. In addition, she held management positions in operations and workers compensation claims with Nationwide Insurance Enterprise.

Nancy earned a Master of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary and Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech). In addition, she has Certified Six Sigma Black Belt for project management. In her spare time, Nancy enjoys outdoor activities, fitness centers, and spending time with family and friends.
