Scheduling daily tasks directly into my calendar, rather than working off a massive checklist.
The biggest myth about structured settlements…
Is that they are too restrictive. If it’s properly setup at inception and customized to meet those specific needs, it will provide the long term financial security it is designed for.
What’s the most unconventional thing you do that makes you better at your job?
Emotional intelligence – whether I’m working with a client dealing with a recent death in their family, to a young adult needing guidance with setting up direct deposit, or even coordinating with brokers and case managers to better understand our guidelines and / or Mosaic. Being able to listen, adapt and communicate with sensitivity is just as important as understanding premiums, and contract issuance.

I am a shy extrovert!

Bank account issues (wires/ACH), managing factoring transactions, working with grieving families dealing with the claims process after a loss, ensuring prompt settlement of policy proceeds.
